Return & Refund Policy

At Skin Layers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept items for exchange or return for full credit within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Shipping Charges: We do not refund shipping charges unless we have sent you an incorrect item. Upon receipt of returned items, Skin Layers reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

  • Initiate the Return: If you need to return an item, simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  • Schedule Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for our delivery partner to pick up the item from your location. You can choose a convenient date and time for the pickup.
  • Package the Item: Prepare the item for return by securely packaging it in its original packaging, if possible. Include the packing slip or a copy of the transaction inside the package.
  • Handover to Delivery Partner: On the scheduled pickup date, hand over the packaged item to the delivery partner. Be sure to provide any necessary documentation, such as the return authorization code or pickup confirmation.
  • Confirmation and Tracking: Once the item has been picked up, you will receive confirmation from our delivery partner. You can track the return shipment using the provided tracking number.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund according to our return policy. You will be notified via email when the refund has been applied to your original form of payment.
