At Skin Layers, your satisfaction is important to us. While we currently do not offer refunds, we’re committed to resolving any issues with your order by providing a replacement if the product you receive doesn’t match what you ordered.

Eligibility for Replacement
To request a replacement:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition as received.
- The item must include all original packaging.
- You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Replacement
- Reach Out to Us: Email our support team at info.skinlayers@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order details and clear photos of the received product.
- Approval Process: If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions for returning the incorrect product.
- Replacement Dispatch: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our end (e.g., incorrect product shipped), we will cover the replacement shipping costs.
- In other cases, the replacement shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Eligible Items
We regret that we cannot process replacements for:
- Customized products.
- Items marked as sale.
